Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Eloqia app and this website, provided by Ömer Faruk Aydın. The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, together with these terms. By using Eloqia, you agree to them.

Eloqia Premium

• The first 2 chapters of every book are free. Premium unlocks every chapter of every book.
• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan may start with a 7-day free trial; you’re charged when it ends unless you cancel before.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within those 24 hours.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Content

Eloqia’s reading texts are original summaries in simple German, written for language learners and based on each book’s key ideas. They aren’t the original books or translations of them. Eloqia isn’t affiliated with, or endorsed by, the books’ authors or publishers; titles and names belong to their owners. The texts, narration and design of Eloqia are ours and may not be copied or redistributed.

Your account

You can use Eloqia without an account or sign in with Apple. You can delete your account any time in the app. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Eloqia: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no copying of its content at scale.

No warranty

We work hard to make Eloqia accurate and reliable, but translations and explanations may contain mistakes, and the service may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, Eloqia is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
